    The 2 days 1 night journey takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city, bringing you back to the fresh, calm atmosphere of the Northwest mountains. A short but fulfilling trip, where natural landscapes, local culture, and memorable experiences harmoniously come together.
    From the very first day, you will depart on the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway, relaxing on a comfortable sleeper bus or in a cozy double cabin. Upon arriving in Sapa, you will conquer Fansipan Peak – the “Roof of Indochina” at 3,143 meters – by the Guinness World Record cable car system. At the cloud covered summit, you can embrace the magnificent panorama of the Northwest mountains and the floating sea of clouds as if in a fairyland.
    In the evening, you are free to explore Sapa town in its signature misty chill, enjoy the mouthwatering grilled dishes, and feel the peaceful rhythm of the mountain town at night.
    On the second day, the journey continues with a light trekking experience at Cat Cat Village – an ancient H’Mong settlement with century old rose gardens, traditional earthen houses, a hydroelectric waterfall, and a cultural space rich in ethnic identity. After lunch with delicious highland specialties, the bus will take you back to Hanoi, concluding a short trip filled with emotions, experiences, and unforgettable moments.

    Today’s Special Experience
    Pick up guests at the meeting point in Hanoi
    • Point 1: 96 Nguyen Huu Huan – pick-up for guests taking the sleeper bus (06:30 – 06:45).
    • Point 2: 160 Tran Quang Khai – pick-up for guests taking the double cabin bus (06:30 – 06:45).
    • Point 3: Noi Bai Airport – for guests arriving in Hanoi and continuing to Sapa on the same day (07:50 – 08:00).
    Notes:
    • The bus will depart on time, guests are kindly requested to be present at the meeting point at least 10–15 minutes in advance to avoid missing the trip.
    • If you cannot find the bus, please contact the operation hotline provided after tour confirmation.
    • There is no tour guide on the bus from Hanoi to Sapa. The tour guide will only assist at the destination in Sapa.
    Departure for Sapa
    • After picking up all guests at the meeting points, the bus will depart along the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway. During the journey, the bus will stop for about 20 minutes at one of the rest stations in Phu Tho or Yen Bai so guests can relax, use the restroom, or purchase necessary items.
    • Note: There is no tour guide on the bus. Guests are kindly requested to follow the driver's regulations and instructions to ensure a safe trip.
    Arrive in Sapa – Hotel check-in – Lunch
    • Around 13:00 – 13:30, the bus will take guests to Sapa town. The local tour guide in Sapa will welcome the group and assist in transferring guests to the central hotel. Here, guests will enjoy lunch with regional specialties. Afterwards, proceed with hotel check-in, rest, and relax in preparation for the afternoon sightseeing program.
    Notes:
    • If the hotel room is not ready (early arrival), guests may leave their luggage at the reception and rest in the waiting area.
    • Please inform the tour guide of any special requests regarding the room (double bed, twin bed, vegetarian meals, etc.).
    Conquer Fansipan Peak
    • The bus will take guests to the cable car station, where the tour guide will assist in purchasing tickets (for guests choosing service packages 1 & 3) or collecting pre-booked tickets (for other packages), to begin the journey of conquering Fansipan – the “Roof of Indochina” at an altitude of 3,143m. The Guinness World Records has recognized the modern three-cable ropeway system here as the highest, longest, and with the most significant elevation difference in the world, reducing the trekking time from 2 days down to only about 15 minutes.
    • Upon reaching the summit, guests can take memorable photos at the Fansipan milestone, admire the magnificent spiritual complex, including the Great Statue of Amitabha Buddha, the Stupa, Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda, and enjoy the panoramic view of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range. If lucky, you may witness the breathtaking “sea of clouds,” a fairyland-like spectacle.
    • After finishing the cable car journey, guests can either hike 600 stone steps to conquer Fansipan Peak – embracing the majestic natural scenery, fresh mountain air, and the pride of setting foot on the “Roof of Indochina” – or take the mountain train service (self-funded) to save time and energy.
    Return to the hotel for rest
    • After the journey of conquering Fansipan Peak, the bus will take guests back to the hotel to rest and have dinner. Guests will enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant, with local specialties in a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

    • Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time to avoid any service disruption.
    • If you have special requests regarding the menu (vegetarian meals, food allergies, etc.), please inform the restaurant in advance so it can make proper arrangements.
    Free time to explore Sapa town at night
    • After dinner, guests may stroll and explore around Sapa town, or join the Sapa Love Market held every Saturday evening to experience the unique local culture. Guests will spend the night at a central hotel, relaxing comfortably and getting ready for the following activities of the journey.

    Breakfast at the hotel
    • Guests will have breakfast at the hotel restaurant with a diverse menu including light dishes, bread, eggs, porridge, noodles, coffee, and hot tea. The restaurant offers a clean and cozy space with quick service, helping guests recharge energy for the trekking journey to explore Cat Cat Village right after.
    Explore Cat Cat Village
    • After breakfast, the tour guide will take guests on a trekking walk to explore Cat Cat Village – one of the most typical villages of the Northwest region. Guests will visit and check in at highlights such as the Ancient Rose Garden, the Traditional Earthen Wall House, and the Hydroelectric Waterfall built during the French colonial period. In addition, guests will enjoy unique cultural performances and gain deeper insights into the culture and customs of the local ethnic minorities.
    Return to hotel
    The bus will pick you up at the hotel for check-in and luggage storage at the front desk. Guests can take a break or explore the surrounding area freely while waiting for lunch.

    • Luggage checked at the front desk will be safely stored. Please remember to retrieve it before getting on the bus.

    Enjoy Northwest specialties
    • Guests will have lunch at the hotel restaurant with a diverse menu, featuring typical specialties of the Northwest such as grilled stream fish, thang co (traditional horse meat stew), forest vegetables, bamboo tube rice (com lam), and other traditional dishes. All dishes are freshly prepared, preserving the authentic mountain flavors and offering a rich, unforgettable culinary experience.
    The tour guide leads the group to the parking area
    • The tour guide will take guests to the parking area to board the sleeper bus or the modern, comfortable private cabin bus, depending on the service package booked, preparing for departure back to Hanoi at 14:00. Guests are kindly requested to follow the staff’s instructions to board the correct bus.
    Depart for Hanoi
    • At exactly 14:00, the bus will depart to take the group back to Hanoi. On the way, the bus will stop for about 20 minutes at rest stations, where guests can relax, take a break, or buy snacks, drinks, and local specialties.
    • Note: If guests wish to get off at Noi Bai Airport before departure, please inform the driver in advance. Please note that a surcharge may be applied to this service.
    Drop off at Noi Bai Airport
    • Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, the bus will assist in dropping off passengers at the airport if you have a flight of the same day.
    • Note: The service is only applicable for flights departing after 21:00 pm.
    End of tour – Farewell & See you again
    The bus will take you back to the original meeting point, ending the program. You will complete the final procedures and collect your baggage if you have sent it.

    • You can transport to the hotel in the Old Quarter at your own expense.

  • Children from 1 to 5 years old are free of charge (meals, sleeping, seat with parents, Fansipan cable car ticket paid by parents).
  • Two adults are accompanied by 01 child free of charge; from the 2nd child onwards, the child tour price will be applied.
  • According to the regulations at Fansipan cable car, children under 1m in height will be free of cable car ticket, children from 1 m to 1.3 m apply the child tour price. Children from 1m4 and above apply the adult tour price. If guests exceed the regulated height, they are kindly requested to pay the surcharge at the counter.
  • The child's price will include a separate seat/bed on the bus, individual meals, and sharing a bed with parents.
  • Guests must bring identification documents such as an ID card,/Passport/Certified copy of a Birth Certificate (for children).
  • The postponement/cancellation policy of Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi bus tickets is as follows: from Monday to Thursday free cancellation if notified 2 days in advance, from Friday to Sunday free cancellation if notified 3 days in advance, and Holidays – Tet free cancellation if notified 7 days in advance; after these deadlines 100% fee will be charged, other services will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

  • At the end of each sightseeing point, guests should check their luggage and belongings before getting on the bus.
  • The itinerary and sightseeing spots may change depending on weather conditions and means of transportation, but all sightseeing points will still be ensured.
