    Pick up & Departure for Sapa
    The vehicle and tour guide will pick up guests according to the following schedule:
    ✔ 06:30 – 07:30: 160 Tran Quang Khai (or hotel/pick-up point within Hanoi Old Quarter as confirmed in your voucher) – Meeting Point 1
    ✔ 07:30 – 07:45: Noi Bai Airport (for guests arriving early and checking out before 07:45) – Meeting Point 2
    ✔ 07:45 – 08:00: Kim Anh T-junction (for guests arriving in Hanoi the night before and staying at hotels near Noi Bai Airport) – Meeting Point 3

    Arrive in Sapa - Lunch & Rest
    • Upon arrival in Sapa, guests will have lunch at the hotel and then check into their rooms for rest if staying at a 2.5-star hotel.
    • For other hotel options, guests will rest on-site for about 30 minutes after lunch before starting the afternoon sightseeing program.

    Depart for a visit to Cat Cat Village
    • Explore Cat Cat Village – one of the most famous villages in Sapa, known for preserving the rich cultural traditions of the H’Mong ethnic people.

    Depart from Fansipan Cable Car Station and pass through Thanh Van Dac Lo Heaven Gate to reach the mystical realm of clouds.
    • Visit Bich Van Zen Monastery at an altitude of 2,000 meters, showcasing traditional Vietnamese architecture amidst the Northwest cloudscape.
    • Admire the Great Amitabha Buddha Statue, standing 21.5 meters tall — a majestic spiritual icon amidst the skies of Fansipan.
    • Take a peaceful walk along Arhat Path, home to 18 solemn bronze statues lining the sacred mountain trail.

    • Be punctual when boarding the vehicle, as instructed by the guide, to ensure a smooth return journey to Hanoi.

    Return to Hanoi
    The tour guide will escort you to the vehicle for check-in procedures before returning to Hanoi.
    Drop off at Noi Bai airport area
    If guests wish to enter the airport, the vehicle will take them inside with an additional charge of 50,000 VND per group.
    Note: Please notify the tour guide in advance so that proper assistance is received at the correct location.
    Drop off at Tran Quang Khai
    The vehicle will drop guests off at 160 Tran Quang Khai (or at the hotel or designated pick-up point within the Old Quarter area, as confirmed in the voucher). Marks the end of the tour program.
    • Before leaving the vehicle, please carefully check all your luggage and personal belongings, especially your phone, wallet, and documents.
    • Remember to collect all items in the vehicle’s trunk, if any luggage was stored there.
    • Dispose of your trash properly and help keep the area clean.

  • Each pair of adults is allowed to accompany one child under 3 years old free of charge; from the second child onwards, a 50% tour fee will be applied (including half-meals and other related services during the tour, but the child must share a bed with the parents). If one adult joins the tour with one child in the free of charge category, the child will be required to pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult must also pay the single supplement as regulated.
  • If you are travelling with a child under 3 years old in the free of charge category, please make a note when booking the service.
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to bad weather to ensure safety.
  • Due to specific pricing policies for cable car tickets and guide regulations at Fansipan Legend, we can only arrange for a tour guide to accompany the group on the cable car if at least 5 guests are participating in the Fansipan cable car journey. Alternatively, the group can purchase an additional cable car ticket for the tour guide to accompany the group to the summit.

  • Guests must gather at 160 Tran Quang Khai Street or the previously registered pickup location.
  • Tour guests must bring valid personal identification (National ID card/Passport). Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate at a minimum. Children aged 14 and above are required to have a National ID card or a Passport.
  • A tour guide will accompany the group throughout the journey, providing detailed information, assisting with options, and answering any questions.
  • Please get in touch with the tour guide immediately in case of any incident for the fastest assistance.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe at all times and locations during the trip.
  • Any unused services in the tour package, not due to the fault of the tour organiser, will not be refunded.
  • The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit the actual conditions on the day of departure, as long as all scheduled destinations in the program are still covered.

  • Suppose you arrive in Hanoi the night before and book an overnight stay at a hotel near Noi Bai Airport. In that case, we will arrange a group pick-up at Meeting Point 3 – Kim Anh T-junction (at the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway entrance, about 3km from Noi Bai Airport) between 07:45 and 08:00.
  • Pick-up/drop-off at Noi Bai Airport (Meeting Point 2) will incur an additional surcharge of 50,000 VND per group (applicable for early-arrival guests and check-outs before 07:45).
  • Please provide your preferred pick-up and drop-off location when booking the service. We will contact you to confirm the exact time and location, or notify you of any changes to the itinerary, if applicable.
