    Pick-up in Hanoi
    The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter (if your hotel is located in a restricted traffic area, we will guide you to the nearest pick-up point) or at the Hanoi Opera House before departing for Mai Chau (Hoa Binh).
    Visit Thung Khe Pass (White Stone Pass)
    Admire the vast beauty of nature and enjoy photo opportunities with the striking white scenery of limestone cliffs, winding mountain roads, and distant small ethnic villages. At the top of the pass, you will also find a small local market run by the Thai and Muong ethnic communities, where visitors can enjoy and purchase local specialties such as grilled corn, grilled eggs, skewered meat, bamboo-tube rice, and wild vegetables.
    Transfer to Lac Village
    The group continues its journey to Lac Village – a place where the Thai ethnic community lives.

    Guests will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
    Cycling experience through local villages
    Guests, together with the tour guide, will cycle through villages such as Lac Village, Na Phon Village, and Nhot Village… to visit traditional Thai stilt houses, learn about their unique cultural traditions, and explore the art of brocade weaving.
    Here, guests may also take part in local activities with the Thai ethnic community, such as weaving, bamboo dancing, and listening to traditional drum performances associated with the Moon worship ritual.
    Departure back to Hanoi
    The vehicle and tour guide will take you back to Hanoi. On the way, you will stop at a rest stop for a short break.

  • Children aged 01–04 years: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all expenses for the child; no separate seat on the vehicle). Every 02 adults may accompany only 01 free child; the second child will be charged at the child rate for ages 5–8.
  • A companion must accompany guests aged 70 and above and pregnant women and must sign a health commitment before joining the tour.
  • As this is a group joining tour, guests are kindly requested to arrive on time at the departure time to avoid affecting other members of the group. If a guest is late, the vehicle will wait up to 10 minutes; after this time, the guest will be considered a no-show, and the tour will be canceled.
  • As this is a mountainous tour, smaller vehicles are usually used for safety. Guests are advised not to bring bulky or oversized luggage and to limit their baggage. Backpacks are recommended instead of hard suitcases.
  • If the total number of participants on the departure date is fewer than 5, a 7-seat or 4-seat vehicle may be used as a replacement.
  • The itinerary may be subject to change depending on weather conditions, seasonal factors, and other objective circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. However, we will make every effort to ensure the most optimal itinerary possible.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
    Cancellation before 14 the date of use, the penalty is 70 % of the purchase price.
    Cancellation before 5 the date of use, the penalty is 100 % of the purchase price.
    In case of cancellation, a cancellation processing fee will be charged in addition to the seller's penalty.
    The seller may cancel the reservation in the following case
  • If the customer cancels the tour due to being denied airport check-in or boarding because of personal identity issues or invalid identification documents, our company will not be responsible. All program-related costs in this situation are non-refundable.
  • If the company is unable to operate the tour as scheduled due to force majeure events such as epidemics, natural disasters, storms, floods, war, etc., we will arrange a new departure date or provide a 100% refund of the tour cost. Any additional costs, if applicable, will be agreed upon by both parties. (Rainy weather with normal tour operation is not considered force majeure.)
